16" Necklace

Meet Simon. The little town of St. Simons Island on the coast of Georgia is layered with a lifetime of happy memories for me. We vacationed there when I was little. And over time, there have been girl trips, college football weekends, family reunions, and weddings in that sweet little town. I am flooded with all kinds of memories when I think of that place: bike rides, fireworks, sand castles, celebrations at the Beach Club, me dressed as Eyesore for Halloween at the Seagate Inn, my dad’s brothers all crowded in a tiny house sharing a dinner of spaghetti, Sunday morning with my girlfriends singing hymns together with our daughters…..It’s a sacred place. 

Each little seed pearl on this necklace symbolizes a memory treasure from a lifetime of happy times at my favorite beach town. This delicate 16-inch necklace has alternating sections of 6 freshwater seed pearls and sterling silver chain.
