My favorite place on the planet is the Rocky Mountains. I grew up snow skiing in Colorado Powder. For years, I looked forward to the day when I could take my children out west to ski. As soon as my youngest son became steady enough on his feet to walk, we packed up the kids and headed west for some winter fun. We have pictures of my baby boy carrying his skis with a pacifier in his mouth at the Keystone Resort where kids under 12 years old can enjoy the mountain for FREE. No matter the time of year, those mountains never disappoint.
